About me

I help organisations and individuals change what actually shapes performance — behaviour, culture, and accountability. Not the glossy frameworks or value statements, but the everyday habits, decisions, and conversations that drive results (or quietly undermine them).

With over 20 years’ experience working in complex systems, I support leaders and teams to build cultures where people can perform, take responsibility, and show up authentically. My work is practical, human, and direct — focused on what will genuinely shift behaviour and stick in the real world.

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

How I Work

I start with truth, not theory
I use diagnostics, deep listening, and straight conversations to understand what’s really going on — not just what’s written in the strategy or reported in surveys.

I focus on behaviour, not slogans
Culture changes when behaviour changes. I help leaders and teams identify the behaviours that matter most, and then design systems, rituals, and accountability around them.

I challenge with care
I’m supportive, but I won’t collude with avoidance. I ask the questions others don’t, name patterns early, and help people take responsibility — without blame or shame.

I design for real work, not workshops
Everything I do is practical and embedded in day-to-day reality.

I work in partnership
I don’t arrive with a fixed model. I co-create approaches that fit your context, your people, and the outcomes you actually need.

Who I Work With

I work with:

  • I work with individuals who feel something in life isn’t quite right or on track—even if they can’t yet define what that looks like. Using a unique perspective, I help uncover and align with your core values, creating a strong foundation to guide you toward the outcomes you truly want

  • Senior leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, pressure, and change

  • Organisations serious about shifting culture, performance, and accountability — not just talking about it

  • HR, People, OD and Inclusion leaders who want credible, behaviour-led change

My clients are usually thoughtful, values-led, and honest enough to know something needs to change.

When I’m Most Useful

I’m most useful when:

  • Performance issues persist despite strong strategies and capable people

  • Culture feels misaligned with stated values, expectations, or ambitions

  • Accountability is talked about, but rarely experienced clearly or consistently

  • Teams are stuck — polite, fractured, or carrying unspoken tension

  • Leaders want to be more authentic without losing authority or impact

  • Change is needed, but trust is fragile

If the same issues keep resurfacing, that’s usually a signal we need to work at the behavioural level — not add another initiative.
